Abstract

In this paper, we first consider the global robust stabilization problem for a class of time-varying output feedback systems. A set of sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem is derived. The class of systems arises from studying the output regulation problem for a class of (time-invariant) output feedback systems subject to a nonlinear exosystem. Thus an application of the main result leads to the solvability conditions of the output regulation problem.
