Transmission lines are an important part of the power system. The application of online monitoring technology for transmission lines has produced a large amount of line operation data. This article mainly analyses and researches transmission line faults based on big data algorithms. This article introduces some common faults in power transmission lines, analyses the application of big data algorithms in the intelligent diagnosis of power transmission lines and existing defects, and establishes a fault analysis model for power transmission lines. Experimental results show that the training accuracy of the training model studied in this article is above 95%, even reaching 99.9%. The fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm model improves the accuracy of KNN fault-type diagnosis and analysis.
