Abstract

In the past decade, a rapidly increased demand in the development of microwave, millimeter-wave, wireless and mobile communication systems such as radio and television broadcast, cellular radio communication, cord less phones, remote controls can be observed. The most important subsystems are the amplifiers, oscillators, mix ers, phase shifters and attenuators. In this contribution, a very sophisticated under class of these subsystems, namely the oscillators with Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) technique will be presented.
