Agents are semi-autonomous computer programs that intelligently assist the user with computer applications. A number of agents have been successfully applied to various domains. In this paper, an intelligent information agent for E-commerce Company users, especially managers, Watcher Agent, is described. The Watcher Agent is a server-based system that is composed of two main parts, namely Price Watcher and Market Watcher. The system will assist company users in price information collection, news information filtering, and product ranking estimation, thus saving time and effort for them.
