We propose an adaptive algorithm for time suboptimal con trol of linear dynamical systems with parameters ranging within certain bounds due to unknown disturbances. A lin ear system of algebraic equations relates the deviations of the initial conditions for the normalized adjoint system and that of the process completion time to the deviations of the phase coordinates of the controlled system. Our method is to adjust sequentially the switching times and transfer time of the suboptimal control while monitoring the phase point.
