In this paper we consider the problem of estimation of the controlled object model. Because the object is under control the decision should be made using a small number of observations. We develop an approach based on the conforming estimates principle. This approach involves a more realistic formulation of the problem in comparison with the approach adopted in the theory of statistical estimation.
