Abstract

The selection of an adequate platform for learning is one of the most important things to considering when investing in the adequate information technology. In this paper, the effects of changes in the technological platform of choice were investigated for the particular case of LotusNotes/LearningSpace™ migration to BlackBoard™ at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Ciudad de México.
