ERP, information flow, supply chain management
In this paper we address the question of how a new ERP system proceeds information flow in the context of companies’ supply chain management. Our results suggest that new and advanced information technology alone does not support enough the development of supply chain management well enough. Efficiency of information fluidity also needs the holistics view, in which the knowledge level of supply chain management is also taken into account.
