In this paper the dynamic bandwidth allocation in hetero geneous multi domain networks are considered and solu tions suggested. An adaptation function acts as proxy to control the UNI to the interoperable control plane of the network. This func tion is accessible through a simple web services based API. The algorithms to control the bandwidth allocation are discussed and the architecture of the core part of the func tion is detailed.
