Abstract

This work presents a curvature-compensated bandgap reference without resistors in 0.18-µm CMOS technology. The circuit uses a new current generator circuit for higher order temperature terms curvature compensation and a PMOS voltage divider for scaling down the reference voltage. A 605.6mV output voltage is generated with a temperature coefficient of 1 ppm/°C from –40 to 125 °C. It dissipates 77µW at a supply voltage of 1.8-V.
