Paper is devoted to problem, how to explain or to interpret connection between Heisenberg principle of uncertainty and properties of spin, radiation and magnetism. Particles that are used in model are fermions (electrons in atoms) known as a point like particles, with specific properties of spin in half-odd integer of Planck's constant.
