Delay time, maintenance, palm oil mills
This paper proposed an enhanced technique to improve the subjective survey method for delay time data collection. This technique namely rule-based delay time data collection method is a combination of information technology (IT) and a set of rules gathered from the machines maintenance information. By using this technique, the problem of underestimate or overestimate during the estimation, the elicitation phase and the time of build the model could be reduced. The palm oil mills plant will be used as a case study.
