We present modeling and simulation of network and systems service management in a modern healthcare organization. Our service model is based on extension of the Munich Network Model [1]. The developed simulation model mimics a real service management environment. We show how one may use modern computing and simulation facilities to get an insight into and understand this type of complex business case scenario. The computer simulation model successfully produces desired results under simplified assumptions.
