This paper studies the problem of sensor data integration with grid computing. We set up the mathematical models for optimal sensor resources allocation in sensor-enabled grid-computing environment. In this paper, the iterative algorithm that achieves sensor integration with the grid is proposed. The experiments are conducted to compare our proposed algorithm for sensor integration with self-optimization-based resource management and scheduling for sensor grid. In the simulations, we use several measurement metrics: response time, profit, and energy consumption.
